We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as damaged soles are ineligible for return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your boots for a specific event.

Are your boots covered by a warranty?
All boots from The Boot Jack come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear or improper care.
