At The Boot Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
